Prestigious Awards to Achievers
The Voice of Teachers wishes to bestow awards to eligible Researchers, Project Fund Winners, and Professors/Associate Professors/Assistant Professors from universities/colleges, Principals, School Heads and Teachers from Government/ aided/ self-financing Schools
Awards for Researchers:The title ‘Voice of Teachers’ Outstanding Researcher Award’ will be conferred on eligible persons.
Awards for Teachers: The title ‘Voice of Teachers’ Excellent Educator Award’ will be conferred on eligible persons.
The above awards will be bestowed to persons based on their Qualification, Research Output/ Innovative Practices in the field of teaching and learning.
Criteria for the Award
Minimum 5 years experience in their respective fields. Candidate’s profile should consist of Personal and Professional details, Research details, Publications in conference and seminars, Publications in Books and Journals, Being acted as Resource person, Contribution to the society, Social activity, Memberships, Countries visited, Academic and Non Academic skills and Awards or Projects if any. Give your institutional website link and Show your profile published in your official website or you may send your profile with all testimonials in Photostat form.
The hard copy of the profile with evidence should be sent to the Scrutinizing Committee which will decide the eligible candidate for conferring the award. The candidate who applies for the award has to pay Rs.5000 towards processing fee.
Payment
The processing fee should be remitted through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Voice of Teachers, payable at Nagercoil OR Transfer the Fee to Voice of Teachers, State Bank of India, A/C No. 32632818782, IFSC Code: SBIN0012247, Branch Code: 12247, Branch: Ramanputhur. The awardee may come along with the members his/her family. They have to pay additional fee. (One day=Rs.500/-per head, two days =Rs.1000/- per head). Persons who have dynamic academic potential may apply on or before 30th December, 2016 send the same to The Secretary, Voice of Teachers , No. 15-257G, 3rd Cross Street, S S Nagar, Nagercoil, Parvathipuram, Peruvilai Post, Kanyakumari District-629 003, Tamil Nadu, India.
Criteria for the Submission of Short Films (High Definition)
The Short Films (HD) that meet the following criteria may be chosen for invitation in the Official Selection:
- Films must have been produced during the twelve months preceding the Conference;
- Films must have not been released anywhere other than their country of origin;
- Films must have not been presented at any other international or national
- Films should have not been exhibited on the Internet;
- Films should depict social issues/themes
- The films should not exceed 10-15 minutes in length, including credits.
- Once a film has been selected it cannot be withdrawn.
- Only one short film per director is accepted.
- Complete script for each selected film is to be made available to the Film Scrutiny Committee when required. All expenses for the transportation and insurance of prints are also the responsibility of their owner.

Note:
There won’t be more than one prize to an individual. Nobody will be awarded jointly. No film can receive more than one award.
It is very vital to do the following as directed:
- The title of the short film
- Name of the college or university / institution
- Name of each participant and the role played in the short film with still photograph as it is seen in the film should be fixed against his/her name
- Participant’s Institutional/Residential Address, Email ID, and Mobile Phone Number for communication
- Number of participants attending on the conference day
- The director has to take sole responsibility to send the same.
Entry Fee:
The entry fee of Rs.3000/- per short film should be remitted by the sender. The payment can be made as shown in the International Conference Brochure.
Important Note:
Short film should be copied in DVD and packed up meticulously and send to the Voice of Teachers. The short film which is ready to be submitted for selection must reach the office of the voice of teachers by 15th January, 2017. This deadline is imperative.

The delegates as well as the awardees who would like to stay on 3rd March, 2017 of the conference day will be enjoying the varity entertainemt. The timming of the programme will be announced on the Conference Day.
